lives and works in Los Angeles & Singapore
Abigail Han is a practicing artist living in between Singapore and Los Angeles, California. Her artistic trajectories create a space for the negotiation between political and domestic spheres within the imagined nation-state of Singapore. Han's work deals with obscuring the line between the private and the public through the investigation of ideas revolving around collective memory, fragmentation of identity, language and the family. Her work has been exhibited internationally.
She graduated in 2015 with an MFA from California Institute of Arts.
